FloodHelpNY is an informational and service-oriented platform created to help New York City residents understand and prepare for flood risks. This usability evaluation of the FloodHelpNY website aimed to assess how effectively the platform supports New York City residents in understanding their flood risk and accessing mitigation resources. Through heuristic evaluation, participants completed the task of checking flood risk, identifying mitigation options, and finding a flood insurance agent.
