On June 30th, 2025, one of the London Plane trees on Classon Ave will be removed. The tree calendar is created to commemorate this particular tree and invite users to reconsider the relationship between humans and nature in the urban environment. To visualize the concept, I handcrafted a tree from a stack of 200 sheets of colored paper. The tree shape of the calendar will get removed gradually by the user as the date count approaches 200.
